Soundwag is headed by Brad Worrell, a veteran audio professional. He currently produces and co-hosts the Going Off Track podcast, (recently passing 300 episodes and 2 million downloads), and consults for clients ranging from absolute beginners to Sonos and Fader Label. As a studio-builder, Brad has treated acoustics in project-studios and podcasting spaces as well as helping design and outfit full, multi-room recording studios. His audio career began in the 90's as a Warner Brothers recording artist, then moved to the other side of the glass as engineer, producer, remixer and sound designer. He has composed original music for film and been the Music Supervisor on films including Tanner Hall, starring Rooney Mara and Brie Larson.

The extended team includes the hosts and writers responsible for Going Off Track and Fuse TV's "Steven's Untitled Rock Show" as well as several of New York City's finest engineer/producers. On call for studio projects are the acousticians and contractors behind some of the northeast's most exceptional recording facilities, including Converse Rubber Tracks (Brooklyn & Boston), Jungle City and Stratosphere.
